Denise Colon, M.P.A., is a transformational speaker, faith-based coach, and founder of Grace & Grit by Precious Stones Industries. A proud Puerto Rican, first-generation leader, and once a teenage mother of three, Denise embodies resilience, purpose, and unwavering faith.
With over a decade of executive experience in supply chain and operations, Denise has used both the boardroom and the platform to advocate for women navigating trauma, transition, and leadership. She is the co-author of the book Promise to Love and Honor, where her chapter “Unshaken” shares a raw and redemptive journey of pain turned power.
Denise equips women to rise strong spiritually and professionally through coaching, retreats, and keynote events rooted in biblical principles and real-life leadership.
