Dr. Zanthia, also known as Dr. Z, is an edupreneur and former school principal leading Impoweredd Educational Consulting. She has extensive experience coaching athletes and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of sports and academics, achieve their goals, and secure scholarships. Dr. Z also specializes in supporting women through life transitions, such as empty nesting, by offering transformative coaching and guidance. Additionally, she provides principal and instructional coaching for schools, as well as professional development in classroom management.
