Jamaad “Maadist” Gould, known professionally as Maadist, is a visionary author and publisher with a deep passion for sci-fi and fantasy. Born on March 15th in Salisbury, Maryland, his journey into storytelling began at the age of eleven, when he first started crafting imaginative narratives. This early love for the genre led him to pursue a career in writing, and in 2016, he officially published his works and began his professional writing journey.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Maadist has expanded his influence by founding Maadist Publishing in 2023. Through his publishing platform, Maadist provides aspiring authors with the opportunity to bring their voices to life, embracing the motto: “Don’t be modest, be published.” His goal is to empower others to follow their literary dreams and share their stories with the world.

As both an author and a publisher, Maadist continues to craft captivating worlds while supporting new authors in making their mark in the literary landscape.
